You retain ownership of materials you provide. You grant us a limited license to use such materials solely for the purpose of delivering Services.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit our proprietary materials without written consent.

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of all non-public information disclosed during the course of the engagement.

This obligation survives termination of Services.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid to us in the preceding three (3) months.

  • We are not liable for losses resulting from third-party platforms, advertising networks, or software providers.

  • Cyberattacks

Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction.
